Goods Damaged in Transit

If the parcel is visibly damaged please sign delivery note accordingly.

Goods Faulty on Arrival

If you suspect the goods you have purchased are, in any way, faulty please contact us (as above) within 7 days of receipt from courier. Once the goods have been received by us and any fault confirmed, we will issue a full refund via your original payment method

Changed Your Mind

In line with the Distance Selling Directive (DSD) if you wish to return the goods simply because you no longer require them you may do so provided you have informed us within 7 Days of receipt from courier. Simply request a Returns Authority by contacting us (as above). The goods may then be returned to us, they must be as new and returned in their original undamaged packaging complete with any accessories and at your expense. Once we have received the goods at Morlings Ltd in the stated condition we will issue a full refund via your original payment method
